SWARM collects only the data required to provide agent automation, billing, and customer support. We do not sell customer data. Access to tenant data is limited to authorized operational workflows and support responders.

We process account details, billing metadata, onboarding configuration, and product usage telemetry to deliver and improve the service. Sensitive credentials should be provided through secure channels and stored using Cloudflare-managed secret mechanisms where available.
